Organization

The management of the Company is vested in a Board of Directors having not less than two and not more than 12 Directors. As on 31.03.2023 the Company has Six Directors including a Chairman and a Managing Director. The Managing Director, an officer of the Indian Forest Service in the rank of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, is the Chief Executive of the Company. He is assisted by one Addl. Managing Director in the rank of APCCF and three Chief General Managers, officers of Indian Forest Service in the rank of Conservator of Forests and Ten General Managers, officers of Haryana Forest Services in the rank of Divisional Forest Officer, one in the head office and Nine in the field offices. The General Managers are assisted by Managers (Forest Rangers), Dy. Managers (Foresters) and Assistant Managers (Forest Guards).

The total number of officers/officials in position as on 31.03.2023 are 90 against a sanctioned strength of 237 which includes all categories of posts of deputation and also 09 posts of regular employees working on the permanent establishment of the Company. The Company has not engaged any employee drawing remuneration in excess of the limits laid down under section 217 (2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Particulars of Employees) Rules, 1975
